Bookcases
Secret Bookcase – This is in a thatched cottage in Cambridgeshire. The owners wanted somewhere secret to store their wine, as well as a bookcase.
Secret Bookcase – There is a former fireplace which makes the recess for the wine cabinet, which is hidden. Half of the bookcase swings out to reveal the secret.
Cherry & Aluminium Bookcase – The brief was to design an asymmetrical bookcase using mixed materials. This was the result. The corners are cast in aluminium-filled resin and are dovetailed into the carcass elements.
